Two indecipherable signs also hang from the ceiling. Southwest of the doorway that Urotsuki enters from, a male and female NPC can be found standing underneath a wooden structure. Killing both of the them with the Chainsaw effect will grant you Wallpaper #199. West and slightly south of the doorway is a small stairwell next to a lamppost, which leads to the Rose Church.
