Black Ink World is a small area accessible from an inkpot located in The Void.
Features
Black Ink World is a small, dark area surrounded by inkpots, black plants and ink puddles. A black, semi-transparent and circular frame will limit the visibility of the area while exploring.
Urotsuki will be grayscale while in this area and, while in a ink puddle, she'll become completely dark, unless the Fairy effect or the Spacesuit effect is equipped. Urotsuki will become progressively less dark once she leaves the ink puddles. The same effect happens when using the Spring or the Child effect.
Equipping the Lantern will not have any effect at first, but it will make the world slightly brighter after a couple of seconds. Using the effect will instead make the semi-transparent frame darker while the effect animation lasts.
Some dark birds can also be seen flying in the background sometimes. The Crossing effect can be used to stop them.
An inkpot with an opening can be found directly south from the entrance, which leads to a small, dark room. A book can be found in this room, which unlocks Menu Theme #30.
Directions
Nexus → Cipher Keyboard → The Void → Black Ink World
Trivia
- This area has a blue background, similar to the one in The Voiδ, but with the color scheme of The Void. Sadly, this background can't be seen due to it being programmed to be black.
