In the center of the garden you will see plant with a shiny crystal. If you move west from that, and then north, you will approach a house. Inside is a small room, with a yellow NPC, which head resembles speaker. He's playing repeating melody, interacting causes him to change melody with a short delay. Except NPC room have fireplace with fire, hanger and the drawer. NPC doesn't react any effect, except killing with Chainsaw, but re-entering room will revive him.
