Deserted Town (街, Machi, Town) is a place reachable by entering the house in Deserted Pier.
Features
Upon entering, it presents itself as the earlier location: filled with fog and water. The water is pretty much everywhere, making this town traversable only through piers and ladders. There are many doors scattered around that Urotsuki can knock on without being able to open. There are a few shadow figures walking around. Somewhere in this town there's an old vending machine and a boat you can use to explore through the water and knock on previously inaccessible doors.
Going north-east with the boat leads to a single house on a little island that you can enter and takes you Underground. To the very south then west there's a little dock with a door leading to a very bright room where Urotsuki can enjoy coffee offered by a coffee man directly poured from his head (full screen event).
If you go to the north with the boat you'll hear the sound of water running intensifying.Dropping off the boat at the dock and going up the ladders will have a music change and you'll see another vending machine with a man sitting on a bench. Further north more doors, and on top a single door that will lead you back to the town.In this part of the town there's a bridge you can cross with a plant-like creature in the water, a little cube Urotsuki can sit on and ladders to the north.
Going to the east leads to the walls of this area decorated with "deny sign" posters and some traffic cones. Despite the appearence of being impassible, you are able to get by if you noticed the sign on the wall with an exclaimation point; then you should equip the chainsaw effect to find out that one of the cones is a doppleganger. After despatching the said doppleganger cone, you can pass through into a series of corridors ,to which, one leads to a doorway to a secret garden(image in the gallery below). There is a slime puff in another of the corridors and swarm of shadow people in a room within the general area.
Going west through the ladders you'll find an arrow pointing up where you can "jump" off to the lower floor of the building, finding a bench on an isolated platform and a floating "mirror" with a slightly out of screen sinking moon (like the one in Deserted Pier).
Going to the north ladders instead will teleport you to a secluded area of Deserted Pier with a house at the end of the path that you can enter and leads to another area of the town. There's a door to the north that leads to Chaotic buildings.
On the southern portion of map there is a set of two doors secluded from thw rest of the map in a small alleyway; the lower of the two doors is an entrance from Chaotic Buildings 2(a better name is needed), and the other door is an dead end as of .100d patch 2.
