The Neon Creatures (キャラ, Character) are a group of NPCs that inhabit Neon World.
Overview
The Neon Creatures vary in appearance, usually flashing different colors as they roam Neon World. Each makes a different noise upon interaction, with the exception of the tall face-like creatures:
- The backwards C-shaped creatures with one eye makes the same noise as the unhappy Zippertile.
- The round one with legs and arms emits a slowed version of the Fat effect sound.
- The creature with a long tongue makes a small grunt noise.
- The cycloptic creatures with beak-like mouths will emit a lower-pitched version of the noise heard when stepping on the face tiles in Neon World.
- The box-shaped creatures emit a slowed version of the sound Seccom Masada-sensei makes.
- The short blob creatures make the same laugh noise heard from the Toriningen and Closet Creatures.
- The wiggling creatures make a noise resembling tearing paper.

Trivia
- When counting all of the creatures in Neon World (excluding the Neon Parrot), the total amount of all of them is 136.
- They all have the same event name of キャラ (for example, キャラＡ, キャラＢ, キャラＣ, etc.), with the exception of the arrow-shaped one, which is called either ←, ↑, →, or ↓ respectively. They are named after what direction they face when they start their walking cycle.
