This world is a dark, eerie place, with only howling wind being audible in the world's background. The slow-moving parallax is simply that of a fan, rotating.

Dusty Pinwheel Path is more maze-like, where the player can only walk on the trails of white dust that have been placed throughout the world. Peppered throughout the area are red pinwheels or turbines.
