Oh wait, I foud it, you have to exit Urotsuki's Dream Scene, there's a 1/8 that you'll end in a path with purple grass. Then you have to interact with the fence in the backgroud, and it'll take you to a hallway with purple and black tiles. Keep walking and you will get to the room with the owl. Interacting with the owl will make the background to start moving fast. Using the school boy effect while the background is moving will make the background go crazy, going in all directions, then after a while it will turn into a space background, and you'll be able to stop it. Aparently using the maiko and haniwa effects shows you some pictures, but I can't make it happen, so I guess the room is under development and it'll be implemented in later versions.
