The Blue Cactus Islands (青仙人掌島, Ao Saboten-jima) is an area accessible from either the Graffiti City or the Hidden Shoal.
Features
The Blue Cactus Islands is a vast, looping world where the water has a unusual green color and the land made of pink sand takes on the shape of aquatic creatures. Colorful corals, as well as sand buildings that serves as a teleport maze (similar to the one from The Rooftops) are scattered on them, and flying blue fish can be witnessed during Urotsuki's journey in this peaceful area.
If you reach this world from Marina's house in the Hidden Shoal, Urotsuki will found herself on the biggest of the islands. Going south of this starting point, she'll be able to continue to the other ones.

One of the deepest building of the islands will allow Urotsuki to go into the water. When traveling there, you can encouter a purple sea lion, a big sandy structure and an orange merman, sitting on a small plot of sand. The latter reacts to several effects :
- The Chainsaw effect will make his tail wave faster, as he is uneasy to see Urotsuki hold such a dangerous weapon.
- The Penguin effect will result in him having a pleased expression ; a reaction that's reminding of a certain sea sponge.
Somewhere in this large ocean is an isolated island, where a well-made sand castle can be found, surrounded by several corals, that leads to the clothes shop from Graffiti City.
