"If you go to the Apartments, there should be a path of glowing circles on the ground. If you follow it, you can go to an area where Urotsuki will get abducted and will end up on board the UFO."
Well, I always see the ufo near the zebra crossing, but when I got to the apartments I do't see any "path of glowing circles". I even waited for the ufo sillhouete to reach the right side of the screen, but still.
Am I missing something?
