I've been to the bowling zone and interacted with the blue NPC in the Arrow Maze, but I still don't have 5 or 43. The only two wallpapers I need are the Kura one and 151 or 153 (not sure which one), so I don't think it's the coordinating wallpaper thing someone mentioned earlier.
