Something tells me that these worlds(wataru) actually represent where Urotsuki once resided, before they all became completely abandoned due to some sort of apocalypse(gas attack, maybe?). This is probably emphasized on the hollowness of the statues ( such as the 'eyes' of the sunken sun and that ball thing). A world void of life, I guess?
Probably the reason why they're so deep inside her mind.
