Huh. The directory errors seem strange, but are you running RPG_RT.exe through applocale to start the game? the 2nd error is just all question marks.
Seems like the error would be [one from below], which is some kind of problem with rpg_rt.lmt - If it's missing from the main folder you might have to redownload the game from getuploader. :s
