Huh. The directory errors seem strange, but are you running RPG_RT.exe through applocale to start the game? the 2nd error is just all question marks.
Seems like the error would be this one from below, which is some kind of problem with rpg_rt.lmt - If it's missing from the main folder you might have to redownload the game. :s
