Okay I seemed to have solved my problem. I went to the official site for this game to see if there were any updates. But since I couldn't read Japanese, I had no idea what the two latest updates were for. So I downloaded them just to see what they were, and I realized they were additions to 0.103h, so I added them to the game's folder and now I can access many areas I couldn't before. I remember the Green Neon World entrance in the Grass World didn't work for me before, but this time it did, and that's how I got to the Construction Fame and then to the Cog Maze.
