The four Nenrikidos
The Nenrikido (A.K.A Hell Teleporters) are a group of crimson geometrical shapes that teleport Madotsuki into and out of Hell when interacted with. The Nenrikido make a beeping noise when interacted, with, and if the Spirit Headband effect is activated, Nenrikido will follow you a small distance away from where they originally spawn. Once Madotsuki walks too far away, they return to their original position.
