Balloon Festival is one of the worlds accessible from Totsutsuki's Nexus.

Balloon Festival is an open area populated by various balloons with faces drawn onto them, as well as confetti on the ground.

North and slightly west to the entrance is a cart where Totsuki can get a free red balloon. There is another free balloon stand, slightly southeast to the door. This stand gives Totsuki a blue balloon. Going west from this stand will lead you to a hot pink rabbit creature, leading to Kaomoji Mall upon interaction.

There is an airlock door surrounded by heart balloons that lead to Digital station.
