Maybe! Though I started getting only the envelope room consistently since the last time I triggered the Bleak Future/Glitch Ending (I had to do it twice because I didn't save the first time and lost the menus) and now I don't get anything else. I haven't tried to get the chasers event after that, I'll try to see what happens.
