In version 100i now when I go to the Dream Apartments I find a little envelope on Urotsuki's desk (like the one in the room of the kid in the Bleak Future event), but I think I can't interact with it. It wasn't there before, it started showing up today and I don't know what I did for it to appear or if it has any relevance whatsoever.
