To enter Flesh Walls Forest for the first time, you have to activate the Life Support event by using the heartrate monitor and running northeast to enter between the two poles. While the Life Support event is active, the heart NPCs chase you down. If they touch you, you are kicked out of Heart World and have to re-enter.
