Pirori (a.k.a. Shadow Men) are found at the Barracks Settlement. When interacted with, the sprite twitches slightly but there is otherwise no effect.
One of them, randomly assigned per dream, takes Madotsuki to FC world B.
There is also a Pirori at the Docks reached from Hell. He teleports Madotsuki to the Barracks Settlement upon interaction.
