I'm pretty sure it's effects (atleast I think that was the case when I last checked) - they're the only thing that raises uro's level (+1 each time to [E] in the menu). | |||
hearts dont necessarily indicate your level; your HP does go up by 1 each time you pick up an effect, but you can also get/lose hearts from buying vending machine drinks, so that could potentially make things unclear. what do they mean by "level 20"? is there any way i can increase my level or something?
Pretty sure it's the amount of effects you have, but I'm not sure if you're level 20 with 19 or 20 effects
