Pumpkin City is an area accessible through a blue and white stone in Nazca Valley.
Features
Pumpkin City is a very lively area with a very Halloween feel overall, appearing to be set in a cemetery in an expanse of purple grass which has been encased in a cast iron fence. Throughout the world are tiled paths, the occasional street lamp, as well as numerous autumn trees and jack-o-lanterns, some large enough that they have been used as housing. Most of the objects in this world have white outlines.
The is thickly populated by ghosts wearing bowties and top hats, who will react to the Invisible effect by approaching the player with playful expressions, turning their bowties yellow. If the player turns invisible, the ghosts will turn transparent and rapidly swarm them. The ghostly denizens also react to the Penguin effect by turning transparent and approaching the player with relaxed expressions, sporting green bowties.
Only two of the residential giant jack-o-lanterns appear to to be occupied as indicated by their open mouths and the bat-shaped object at the top of the entrances. Using the Invisible effect in either of these houses will cause a ghost to appear much like the ones outside, and rapidly swarm around the player.
One house appears to be devoid of inhabitants, containing basic furnishing such as a bed and bookshelf. However, by walking left, one can find a pink-haired NPC wearing a maid dress and a red bow with white polka dots standing out-of-bounds and looking around. She only reacts to the Chainsaw effect.
Another house can be found up north, housing an NPC resembling the Headless Horseman. He does not appear to react to any effect except the Chainsaw.

Trivia
- The Headless Horseman NPC has evidently been in the game for a long time, as it was present in the author's Debug room for months before this world's implementation.
