The area resembles a library, with old bookshelves, empty metal carts, cracked tables, and papers scattered along the floor. In the hallway, you can find a broken-down vending machine that only makes a rattling noise if interacted with. On the west end of the hall, there is a bookshelf sticking out. Behind it, there is an NPC standing there, who makes a high-pitched giggling noise if you interact with them.
