The Oil Drum World is a sizeable location accessible from the Laundromat by using the Drum Effect on one of the baskets and interacting with it.
Features
This area features a brown hand-drawn background, the tiles Urotsuki walks on being cut off sprites of brown oil drums. Littered around the area are lots of oil drums and many brown trees that appear to be made out of oil, some of them even having some oil drums in them.
Going south from the entrance, east, and then north, you can find a book that will warp Urotsuki to the Mystery Library.
