The Cinder Statue Heaven is a small location accessible from a big fish in Fish Oil Swamp.
Features
Upon entering the area, Urotsuki will find herself stranded on a cloud. The world features yellow brick walls and golden statues, and does not loop, instead being surrounded by a black void. If the Penguin effect is equipped, Urotsuki will start swimming, letting her cross the space between the clouds. Trying to interact with the edge of a cloud while the Fairy, Spacesuit, or Bat effect is equipped will result in Urotsuki making a refusal sound.
By going east from the big fish that leads back to Fish Oil Swamp, a spinning, paper-thin green penguin can be found. Interacting with it will take Urotsuki to Stalker Alley.
The Graffiti Sector can be accessed by interacting with a googly-eyed creature to the north. It is worth noting that the BGM in the Graffiti Sector is loud.

Trivia
- If you unequip the Penguin effect at any edge of a cloud, Urotsuki will be forced to re-equip it.
- This world shares the same Map ID with Oil Drum World, Azure Depths and Slime Cherry Crypt.
- Urotsuki cannot equip the Lantern effect or use the Eyeball Bomb effect here.
