Using the Chainsaw on the figures causes them to laugh instead of the regular scream. East of the entrance, you can find a clown behind the front desk. The southeastern section has a burial area next to body bags which contain the corpses of the executed, where the gravekeeper has a 38% chance of showing up per dream. Equipping the Glasses will reveal the ghost of one of those who have been executed here. The northern section has prison chambers and a pillory just below them. All but one doorway contain different execution devices on a platform. By equipping the Glasses or Grave effects in the execution chambers, with the exception of the guillotine room, you can see how the prisoners have been executed. By chainsawing any of the area's inhabitants, the clown will start chasing Urotsuki, and if she gets caught, she will be sent for execution.

True to its name, this corridor is filled with graffiti, most of which are related to Urotsuki's effects, and a door to the Atelier. However, if you have killed the blonde lady in one of the rooms of the Atelier, there will be a static flash when going halfway through. The area will then take a more dreadful appearance, with the door being locked, leading you to go all the way to the rest of the corridor. Along the way, the corridors become increasingly disturbing in appearance, and turning back at any point will return you to the lobby, forcing you to start from the beginning. Making your way to the end, the blonde lady whom you have slain will chase you, where getting caught by her will cause static to flash. At the end of the area, you will find a pink door similar in appearance to the corridor in its normal state, and entering it will return the corridor to normal, enabling access to the Atelier once again.
