Has anyone tried to get the white angels to appear in red lily lake on a new game on the newest version? I killed the white neon candle npc and even can confirm it as the shadow 9 tail got me a few times yet the angels won't appear. Also the Whisp that takes you from cloud tops to cloud floor will not appear even though I have entered via the art gallery. Furthermore, the picture book can only be entered via the library by using the trombone effect now so using the schoolboy effect to unlock Fantasy library won't work. I did enter the 0101 code and chainsawed 9 tail until I got to the red cliff. Everything else in this convoluted laundy list is impossible to do now and seeing as this article still mentions butterfly forest it really needs a proper update
