Pale Brick Basement is an area accessible from a flight of stairs in Restored Character World.

This is a maze-like area that features colored switches that will light up and activate colored blocks, which create walkable paths.
Further on is a room that contains tiles with arrows that will move you in direction they face. This room also has a slime that will send you back to the main area if you touch it. At the southern end of this room is an infinitely looping hallway lined with torches. To get past this loop, you must slide by using the Penguin effect's action.
By activating the final path, you can continue up the stairs to Burgundy Flats. Near there is a blocked door and a red switch across an inactive red block. It can be accessed by returning from Burgundy Flats, but it is currently under construction.
