Added a construction sign in the main area. Fixed minor errors with the tileset and events. Removed the telephone from the main area, moving it to the Opal Sea.

Added Blue Lavender Shoal (IDs #1346 and #1347). Reopened Poniko's-like house, allowing access to Blue Lavender Shoal. Removed the old conditions for accessing Poniko's-like house. The conditions were a 1/80 chance on interactions while having the Stretch effect equipped.
