Interesting then. But it still seems that you must chainsaw somebody/something to trigger these clown events. Most of the time I try to be "pacifist" and never chainsaw anything that is unnecessary to get an effect,  and it never happened to me normally, only when I was curious and attacked the clown in guts world.
