In the Planetarium, if you climb the scaffolding and get to the end of it, there is a slightly darker (and very non-obvious) spot in the background that is actually a doorway (it's really obscure; I saw it in a video or else I would have never found it.) . Go through that and then follow a little path, and it'll take you to an actual planetarium, with the star machine pictured.
