It should. It was nothing more than a menu patch afterall. (Well techincally a tad more than that but you get the point)

I don't see a point in putting forth the effort to fully translate everything in the game until it's either finished or updates slow down though. There'd be an update out before you could even finish applying a patch at the rates it usually goes.
