all the characters that show up are determined by a combination of your menu theme and your computer wallpaper.
ie: use bane-jack's wallpaper, and youll get bane-jack ; use the 2 ornate themes, youll get the grey boy related to uro ; and use other ones and youll get other characters .
still not sure about the triggers though
