It looks like to me that all of the endings EXCEPT for #1 take place in the dream world. In #1 Urotsuki wakes herself up from a nap, and is back in her normal house. In all the other endings (including #2) elements from her dreams can be seen at some point, which is what leads me to think this. So, ending #1 is the "true" ending to me. In all the others she's simply going deeper into her dream rather than waking up for real.
