Upon visiting more of the Library for fun, I entered the archives (by the way, the eyeball men will act very differently upon Urotsuki wearing the glasses effect or not) and ended at the strange object... I equipped the marginal effect for no reason and discovered that weird... unicorn head? It moves around and that is all.
