Okay, So I managed to get applocale pretty easily, despite being in windows 7. However, I 1.) can't get RTP2000RTP.exe to run using applocale, I keep getting "The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect", and 2.) The specific download link to Yume 2kki provided does not work. However, I think my main problem is getting the RTP to install properly. What am I doing wrong?
