Ive been stuck on this one step for a while now, I see someone else had this problem below as well. Everytime i try to instal The Japanese RTP I get a message that says: "AppLocale was unable to lauch the specified application. Please make sure the application specified is valid."
Edit: Nvm the game seems to work without it for some reason.
