That basically is a parody of the Blue Screen of Death in the background... I was worried too when I upgraded from 0.100c to 0.100d.
And so, some maps will change, including the locations of effects*, npcs and requirements for endings and other stuff.
- effects like the grave one that I tried to look for in ver. 0.100c. I never found it because it wasn't present back then.
