hm. while updating the link [below], i noticed that tkool.jp has taken down the original .exe RTP - which i still have and is probably the best to use - and uploaded a .zip version instead.

Should i upload the original somewhere and link to that? there can be problems with japanese characters corrupting inside zips and rars :/

i'd upload it here but the wiki yknow, probably wont accept a .exe

Edit: unless someone can find the .exe on tkool's website somewhere. all i could find was the .zip version
