you could try running explorer/firefox with applocale in japanese and then downloading it, which has sometimes fixed japanese file names corrupting for me in the past, or.. yeah that's all ive got here. :P
im also just -assuming- that that's the problem, it might be something else to do with that error, but it looks like the problem is the japanese letters.
edit: or check if you dont have the eastern language pack installed
