I have Windows 7 Home Premium, I have installed Applocale and RTP 2000 (Japanese) And when I try opening the RTP.exe File The Applocale it says The file name,directory name, or volume label syntex is incorrect. and applocale crashes. I have the Eastern-Asia language installed, but the Yume 2kki Files are still gibberish.
