This world has a connection to the new submerge building world which is incomplete. To reach this world, you first have to reach the tv room and turn on and off the tv until the tv displays a weird symbol. Afterwards, you leave the room and go to the smaller building north of the main building. while in the smaller building, the patio door should be open now for you to go through. From here, you go north to the cave and go in and go through the two small rooms to a gate which warps you to submerged building world.
