it's not new, and im pretty sure i added a long time ago o.o wait that's actually part of the dark museum, and using that room takes you to the normal museum on the return. The blue glow is what the old museum looked like with the lights off, before the dark museum replaced it. the dark museum's effect just kinda carries over when you use the plant to get there.
