The words that come into my mind when seeing these pictures (and visiting these places) are "japanese garden" for the first, even if it's really aquatic and doesn't have cherry trees and the sort; as for the second, it's all about a dandelion-based maze (you even see pappus (pl. form?) floating around at certain spots).
