Ironically, that one happens to me almost every dream sequence. I have all the effects, 93% of the wallpapers, and 86% of the events.

Also, to make it even more interesting, it's somewhat connected to the infamous scary face (number 10). In the older versions of the game, at the same state of progress, I got the face most of the time, but since number 16 was introduced, it became the most frequent one. I believe many people complained about the face, so the developers wanted to replace it. But it still pops up very rarely.

To put it short, I have no idea how to trigger it, I did nothing special, yet I have it nearly constantly.
