The Style Guide has recently been rewritten. Please take a moment to review the new guidelines.
I installed the two patches for version 0.104, but I just found another bug. I can't move away from the entrance of the Scenic Outlook except to exit via the large mushroom. Apparently the same bug exists in the Highway, Baths, and Taxi areas as well, from other posts I found.
