Looks like you probably need to find Smile-San, Urotsuki's Dream Scene, Urban Street Area (probably need to interact with the turntables), monochrome eye room (might need to interact with the big eye too), clock room, TV room, and Helmet Girl's room. All of these places are mentioned on the wiki page for Flying Fish World, except for Helmet Girl's room (see above comment) and the TV room, which is found interacting with the first potted plant where there are several in a row (and the monochrome eye room is found interacting with the last pot).
