then try droping all the effects then and see if you can pick them up. Also, there in the effect menu there are 34 slots that are in use. The 33 effects and something that I am guessing is the key go get from one of the endings. The key maybe counted torwards your effects count though it itself is not one. This last part I am guessing, need someone to verify.
