There's a rectangular block south-west of the Nexus entrance, just right near it. If you enter it from the right side, you'll enter an eyeball themed world with purple walls and differently colored versions of the eyeball NPCs found in the Spelling Room's "Urotsuki" path. Found this on 0.100i, though I'm unsure if this was present in previous versions. I'd add this myself but there's no page for the world yet. Just thought I'd share my findings.
