Don't believe so, I got in just fine.
It's possible you found the door to the area with the black cars, which really is not accessible. That's on the east side of the rest stop, but you have to travel down the southeastern road until you find the area with the pink water to find the TV Room. Lips McGee (talk) 13:30, May 29, 2018 (UTC)
